We are looking for a Supply Chain Planning Consultant with solid functional expertise in demand planning, replenishment, inventory, and Master Data Management, along with hands-on understanding of SQL, Excel, and PL/SQL. The role involves working closely with retail customers to discover business needs, design future-state planning processes, configure solutions, and ensure successful implementation. The consultant will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring delivery quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery and Process Design
- Conduct discovery workshops with retail customers to understand current-state processes, pain points, and business objectives.
- Document business requirements and translate them into functional solution designs.
- Design future-state supply chain planning processes aligned with customer goals and platform capabilities.
- Define process flows, planning logic, and implementation approach.

Solution Implementation




- Configure and support supply chain planning modules across demand planning, replenishment, inventory optimization, and related functions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure correct setup of master data, planning parameters, and business rules.
- Validate outputs, identify gaps, and support issue resolution during implementation.
- Ensure smooth transition from design to deployment and post-go-live support.

Customer and Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Work with merchandising, planning, supply chain, store operations, and IT teams.
- Manage expectations, risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively.
- Maintain clear communication and provide regular progress updates.

Data and Process Support
- Use SQL, Excel, and PL/SQL to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot planning data.
- Support master data governance, cleansing, and data quality checks.
