Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead transformation projects for clients across various industries, ensuring successful implementation of current processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans for improvement.
- Conduct UAT testing to ensure high-quality deliverables meet client expectations.
- Provide expert guidance on project management best practices to junior team members.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of transformation initiatives in BPO/Call Centre environment.
- Experience with UAT testing methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from start to finish.
