Job Summary

Kreedo is looking for a proactive and results-oriented **Cluster Manager** to generate leads, engage with prospective clients, and drive business growth through effective communication and relationship management. The role primarily involves inside sales, with occasional client visits for business closures when required.
Roles & Responsibilities

* Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

* Present and explain Kreedo's products and solutions to potential customers.

* Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and follow up with prospects.

* Visit customer locations whenever required to support sales discussions and close deals.





* Build and maintain solid relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.

* Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.

* Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams for lead generation.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements

* **1–5 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, Franchise Sales, or Institutional Sales.**

* Willingness to travel locally and meet customers whenever required for sales closures.

* Experience in the **Education, EdTech, Preschool, or School industry** will be an added advantage.

* **Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi **

* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing the complete sales cycle.
