HR Intern (Human Resources)

About the Role

Extensile Media is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented HR Interns who are passionate about Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and employer branding.

If you're looking to build a successful career in Human Resources, this internship will provide practical exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Assist with onboarding and documentation for new hires.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Support employee engagement and HR administrative activities.
- Prepare reports related to recruitment and hiring.

Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA, BBA, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment processes is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to work in a fast-paced workplace.
