Job Description:

Senior Epicor Functional Expert & Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Epicor Functional Expert and Developer to lead ERP implementations, customizations, and optimizations for our manufacturing and finance operations. This senior role demands at least 10 years of hands-on Epicor experience, blending deep functional knowledge with advanced development skills to drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Epicor Kinetic implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support across modules like Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, and CRM.
- Design and develop custom solutions using Application Studio for UI enhancements, BPMs (with C# coding) for business logic, Epicor Functions, BAQs, and Dashboards for reporting and analytics.
- Analyze complex business processes, create functional specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize ERP performance without core code modifications.
- Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot issues using SQL tracing and debugging tools,



manage upgrades/patches, and ensure compliance with Indian GAAP and multi-currency setups.
- Mentor junior team members, conduct knowledge transfers, and integrate Epicor with external systems (e.g., via APIs, ETL) for seamless operations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, CA/ICWA, or related field; Epicor certifications (Kinetic preferred) highly desirable.
- Minimum 10+ years in Epicor ERP, with 7+ years in Kinetic, including 5+ years in functional consulting and development roles.
- Proven expertise as both functional expert (module configuration, process mapping) and developer (C#, .NET, SQL/T-SQL, Application Studio, BPMs).
