- Conduct interactive activities including role plays, case studies, mock interviews, group discussions, and presentations.
- Assess learner needs and customize training content accordingly.
- Develop training materials, presentations, handouts, and assessment tools.
- Track learner progress and provide regular feedback.
- Collaborate with placement, academic, and technical teams to enhance employability outcomes.
- Maintain training reports, attendance records, and feedback documentation.
- Support students/participants in building confidence, professional behavior, and workplace readiness.
