Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
- Ensure achievement of branch sales targets.
- Train and mentor Sales Executives.
- Monitor daily operations and customer service quality.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management.
- Maintain inventory and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Previous experience in sales leadership or retail management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage targets and motivate teams.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in mobile accessories or retail sales is an added advantage.
