Role Purpose:

The position will be responsible for supporting the company's Equity capital strategy, Fundraising Initiatives, M&A;, Investor Relations, and strategic financial transactions. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, investment bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and investors to execute transactions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Role & responsibilities:

Fundraising & Capital Markets
- Lead end to end execution of fundraising transactions including QIPs, rights issues, preferential allotments, FPOs, Private Equity etc
- Prepare fundraising strategy, investor presentations, financial models, and valuation analyses.
- Coordinate with investment bankers, merchant bankers, legal counsels, and financial advisors throughout transaction execution.

M&A;:
- Lead mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments
- Build and maintain financial models & conduct business valuation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout the deal lifecycle




- Lead due diligence processes and negotiations with investors till closure of the transaction
- Prepare Board and Investment Committee presentations

Investor Relations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective institutional investors, analysts & the broader investment community
- Prepare quarterly investor presentations and business updates.
- Support investor meetings, roadshows, and earnings discussions.
- Monitor market sentiment, analyst coverage, peer performance, and shareholder feedback to provide actionable insights to senior management

Strategic Finance
- Drive strategic financial initiatives aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Evaluate current business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and investment proposals through detailed financial analysis.
- Develop business cases, financial models, scenario analyses, and valuation frameworks for strategic decision-making.
