Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, GST, TDS, financial records, ledger management, MIS reporting, and supporting project accounts. The role requires strong knowledge of Tally, accounting principles, and Indian taxation.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Prime.
- Pass journal, purchase, sales, payment, receipt and contra entries.
- Maintain general ledger, bank book, cash book and reconciliation.
- Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns) and reconcile GST data.
- Handle TDS deduction, return filing and statutory compliance.
- Prepare vendor bills, customer invoices and payment processing.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare monthly MIS, trial balance, P&L; and balance sheet schedules.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers and tax consultants.
- Maintain fixed asset register and statutory records.
- Support payroll accounting, reimbursements and employee advances.
- Maintain project-wise accounting records and cost allocation.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring and financial planning.
- Perform any other finance and administrative duties assigned by management.

Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com from a recognized university.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter will be an added advantage.

Experience
- Minimum 712 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in EPC, Infrastructure, Telecom, Construction or Engineering companies preferred.

Technical Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, MIS).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
- Experience with bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
