- Education: Bachelor s degree (Human Resources, Business, Commerce, or related field). MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
- Experience: 2 5 years in HR operations with hands-on India payroll processing and employee relations exposure.
- Tools: Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR) and payroll systems (e.g., Keka, greytHR, Zoho Payroll). Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliation).
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of India labor laws and statutory frameworks EPF/ESI, Income Tax/TDS, Professional Tax, Payment of Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, POSH, and Shops Establishments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
