Job Summary

Blue Monkfish Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with strong expertise in IT Services and Digital Marketing sales and a deep understanding of the US market.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in acquiring international clients, particularly from the USA, and managing the complete B2B sales cycle—from lead generation and client outreach to negotiations and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, and other prospecting platforms.
- Identify and acquire new international clients, especially from the USA, along with the UK, Canada, Australia, and other global markets.




- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the US market, business culture, client expectations, and sales practices.
- Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other networking activities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Create customized proposals, quotations, and pitch decks for international clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value IT Services and Digital Marketing projects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams for project scoping and successful delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and revenue forecasts.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate a minimum revenue of USD 30,000 per month.
