Experience - 8 to 15 yrs

Ensure all payroll-related statutory compliances are met at the Group level – PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS
- Consolidate statutory data from all units and corporate, & Verify before final submission.
- Oversee preparation and filing of ECR (PF), ESI returns, PT challans, LWF contributions, and TDS returns in coordination Generate monthly payroll MIS – unit-wise and category-wise salary cost, OT, incentives, statutory costs, leave encashment
- Analyse trends in manpower cost, OT %, absenteeism cost, incentive payout vs. productivity, and flag concerns.

Conduct periodic (monthly/quarterly) reviews of unit payroll data (OT levels, incentive trends, and absenteeism cost).

Lead and oversee monthly payroll processing for all units and the corporate office,



ensuring standardised policies and cut-offs are followed
- Consolidate unit-wise payroll inputs (attendance closures, OT, incentives, allowances) into a single corporate payroll run.
- Validate unit payroll outputs, highlight deviations, and ensure corrections before finalization.
- Ensure segregation of processing for blue-collar, staff, and Manager & above populations, with appropriate checks and approvals.
- Coordinate with Finance for bank upload files, payment schedules

Pay: ₹35,665.44 - ₹58,705.68 per month
