Bendito Softech Private Limited is looking for a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruitment Lead to lead our US IT staffing operations. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with solid experience in full-cycle US IT recruiting and team leadership. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement analysis and candidate sourcing to screening, submission, interview coordination, and offer management, while ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple client engagements.

The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of US IT recruitment experience, including experience leading or mentoring a recruiting team. Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models, US work authorizations, VMS/MSP environments, direct-client hiring, and recruitment platforms such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and ZipRecruiter is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills,



with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions and maintain high submission quality.

This is a full-time, remote position for candidates based in India, requiring availability during US business hours (night shift IST).
