Assure Intermediary is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal controls within our cryptocurrency brokerage operations. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to financial regulations, AML/KYC standards, and evolving crypto-related legal frameworks while supporting secure and compliant business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) where required
- Monitor transactions and identify suspicious activities or potential fraud
- Handle and report STRs (Suspicious Transaction Reports) to relevant authorities
- Stay updated with cryptocurrency regulations, RBI guidelines, FEMA, and financial compliance laws
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies, auditors, and law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies




- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Provide training to staff on compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all compliance activities

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in compliance, preferably in banking, fintech, or crypto industry
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and financial compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with Indian regulatory environment (RBI, FEMA, IT Act)
- Understanding of cryptocurrency transactions and blockchain basics
- Solid analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and ethical integrity

Preferred Skills:
- Certification in compliance such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or equivalent
- Experience in handling transaction monitoring systems
