We are looking for an entrepreneurial, execution-focused professional to work directly with the Founder across multiple startups under Sankar Group. This is not a typical corporate role—you will be involved in building businesses from the ground up, solving strategic challenges, launching new initiatives, driving growth, and helping scale companies.

What You'll Do
Strategy & Business Growth
- Work directly with the Founder on business strategy and execution.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and revenue streams.
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
- Develop business plans and growth roadmaps.
Founder’s Office
- Act as the Founder’s right hand on high-priority initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across multiple businesses.
- Track execution and ensure timely completion of strategic initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and business reviews.
- Drive key decisions using data and business insights.
Operations & Execution
- Build scalable processes and operating systems.
- Improve business efficiency through automation and AI.
- Define and monitor KPIs.
- Collaborate with product, technology, sales, marketing, and finance teams.
Sales & Partnerships
- Build strategic partnerships.
- Meet enterprise customers and channel partners.
- Negotiate commercial opportunities.
- Support fundraising and investor discussions when required.
Product & Innovation
- Gather customer feedback.
- Work closely with product teams.
- Validate new ideas through MVPs.
- Launch and scale new products.
