Role Overview

The Inside Sales Manager – Hotel & Banquet Sales is responsible for generating business for guest rooms, banquets, conferences, weddings, social events, and corporate meetings through proactive telecalling, lead generation, client engagement, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate current business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and online lead generation
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet venues, weddings, conferences, corporate events, and F&B; offerings
- Follow up on enquiries received through the website, social media, travel partners, and referral channels
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, wedding planners, educational institutions, and local businesses
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term corporate tie-ups
- Handle enquiries for weddings, social events, birthday parties, conferences, seminars, exhibitions,



and corporate meetings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable banquet packages
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Coordinate site visits and property presentations for prospective clients
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and hotel operations for successful event execution
- Maintain an updated customer database and sales pipeline
