We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BI Engineer with expertise in sophisticated data analytics. This role is within our B2B Creativity & Productivity (C&P;) Corporate Route To Market (RTM) Analytics & Data Science team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and advanced analytics to provide key insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in advanced analytics, Power BI, data modelling and SQL as well as experience in building scalable data solutions. Our team works from 2pm to 11pm IST.
Key Responsibilities:
BI Solution Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports with interactive visualizations.
Data Modelling & Architecture: Create effective data models and optimize ETL/ELT processes for reporting and analytics.
SQL Development: Write, optimize, and resolve problems in complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Data Integration:
Work with structured and unstructured data from different sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
Performance Optimization: Optimize the dashboards, DAX calculations, SQL queries, and data pipelines for performance and scalability.
Partner Collaboration: Work closely with business users, analysts, and data engineers to understand requirements and deliver insights.
Security & Governance: Implement row-level security (RLS), role-based access control (RBAC), and ensure compliance with data governance policies.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
