About the Role
You'll own complex, foundational initiatives that shape the core of our platform, starting with our customer-facing control tower, where enterprises design, govern, and monitor their AI agents. Your job is to connect product strategy to coherent, elegant UX: taking ambiguous, technically deep problem spaces and turning them into experiences that feel inevitable.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for platform-foundation initiatives: from framing the problem and shaping strategy through to shipped, polished UX
- Bring coherence to the control tower, unifying agent configuration, governance, and monitoring into one clear mental model for customers
- Drive the design side of our PLG transition: self-serve onboarding, in-product education, and experiences that convert without a sales call
- Work directly with real enterprise customers, observing their challenges firsthand and designing solutions that hold up in the world's most complex CX environments
- Establish design patterns, systems, and quality bars that other designers and engineers build on
- Partner deeply with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams across geographies
