Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and cultivating current business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting Exito Talent Solutions’ recruitment offerings. Daily tasks include prospecting and outreach, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client talent needs, and coordinating with internal recruitment teams to deliver solutions.



The Business Development Executive will also prepare proposals, negotiate terms, maintain accurate sales and pipeline records, and contribute to strategic initiatives to expand market presence.

Qualifications
- Business development and sales skills, including client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present services clearly and negotiate effectively.
- Organizational and analytical abilities for managing pipelines, preparing reports, and tracking performance metrics.
- Understanding of recruitment or HR services, talent acquisition processes, or professional services sales (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, with comfort using digital platforms for outreach and follow-up.
