Job Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise Finishing or MEP (Electrical) works at the project site.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of project activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Review drawings, monitor site progress, and resolve execution issues.
- Prepare progress reports and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Experience in Finishing (flooring, painting, plastering, waterproofing, false ceiling, faade, etc.) or MEP (Electrical) (HT/LT, DG, lighting, earthing, fire alarm, electrical systems).
- Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
