Position Summary





The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth across the West India region by developing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, strengthening relationships with dental professionals, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

The role requires a strong leader who can recruit, coach, and motivate the sales team while developing long-term partnerships with implantologists, prosthodontists, oral & maxillofacial surgeons, periodontists, dental colleges, and corporate dental chains.
