Title: GTM Engineer

Location: Nagpur, (On-site)

Time: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Compensation: Rs 4 LPA - Rs 5 LPA

The Role:

LeadRoad is looking for a
GTM Engineer

to own and execute outbound GTM campaigns for multiple client accounts. This role sits at the intersection of market research, data, and outbound execution, ensuring every campaign is backed by the right audience, messaging, and automation. You'll work directly with the founders to build, optimize, and scale outbound programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end outbound email campaigns for multiple client accounts.
- Research target markets, ICPs, and buyer personas to create effective outreach strategies.
- Write, test, and continuously iterate email copy based on campaign performance and market insights.




- Collaborate with the Market Research team to ensure accurate targeting and high-quality prospect lists.
- Build and maintain outbound workflows using no-code automation tools.
- Use prospecting tools to identify and enrich target accounts and decision-makers.
- Manage outreach campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to improve reply and conversion rates.
- Present campaign insights, learnings, and recommendations directly to the founders.

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in GTM, Growth, Sales Operations, or Outbound Marketing.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of B2B cold email outreach and email marketing best practices.
- Hands-on experience with prospecting tools such as
Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha,

etc.
- Experience with outreach platforms such as
Instantly, Smartlead, Saleshandy,
