Mission of the Role:
The mission of the Product Cybersecurity Manager is to ensure that product cybersecurity within the division is effectively governed, consistently executed, and continuously improved throughout the entire product lifecycle,
including regulatory requirements such as the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and IEC 62443
.

The role translates Epiroc’s cybersecurity strategy and policies into practical implementation within development projects,



while building long-term capability to address evolving cybersecurity threats and regulatory requirements.

Job Description:
The Product Cybersecurity Manager operates at both strategic and operational levels, acting as the division’s focal point for product cybersecurity. The role provides leadership, coordination, and expert guidance to development teams, ensuring that cybersecurity risks are identified, assessed, and managed, and that the organization is prepared to handle product-related cybersecurity incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, develop, and continuously improve the Product Cybersecurity Management System for the division
- Act as the division’s focal point and authority for product cybersecurity
- Chair the division’s cybersecurity team and coordinate activities across engineering, projects, and management
