Doctor Seeds Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Regional Manager to lead regional sales operations and strengthen our growing dealer network.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Officers to achieve regional business goals.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
- Analyze sales performance, identify gaps, investigate reasons for losses, and implement corrective action plans.
- Monitor regional profitability by maintaining a healthy Sales-to-Expense Ratio and controlling operational costs.
- Ensure timely collections, minimize outstanding payments, and improve cash flow.
- Build and expand dealer and distributor networks while strengthening relationships with existing channel partners.




- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate field performance and identify current business opportunities.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, pricing trends, customer feedback, and demand forecasts.
- Gather product performance reports from the field and provide valuable feedback to Management, Marketing, Production, and R&D; teams.
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate Sales Officers to build a high-performing sales organization.
- Prepare and review sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to support data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product availability, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
