JOB SUMMARY

Being responsible for monitoring, supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining NGN wireless infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing wireless network operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor wireless network infrastructure, including Access Points (APs), Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs), and radio frequency (RF) performance to ensure network availability and optimal coverage.
- Perform basic configuration and support for wireless networks, including SSIDs, WLAN profiles, security policies, authentication methods, and user access management.
- Troubleshoot wireless connectivity issues related to signal strength, interference, roaming, authentication failures, and client device connectivity using wireless diagnostic tools.
- Monitor wireless network alerts, logs, and performance metrics through network management systems, ensuring timely identification and escalation of issues to L2/L3 teams.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities, including AP health checks, firmware verification, configuration backups, RF optimization reviews, and documentation of wireless network changes and incidents.
