- Looking for experience into
*Research and GAP Analysis of Missions and Projects*
- Must have written
*Research papers and presented proposals of Capacity Building*
- Have handled Implementation, Coordination, Design and Gap Analysis of project.
- Develop comprehensive training content and lead the delivery and coordination of training programs across the country

Skills

• About 8 - 10 years of relevant skilled experience;

• A Master’s in Planning or any other relevant degree with special focus on transit oriented development, land valuation, mobility, or net zero buildings;

• Familiarity with the empirical and scholarly work around these themes;

• Familiarity with the policy level and programmatic approaches to these themes at the Central and State levels;

• Experience and exposure to projects in these thematic areas (this would be an added advantage); • The ability to train and teach on these themes;
