This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end business growth, operational excellence, and delivery transformation through digital enablement across global projects.

Digital Operations Management (DOM), often powered by Digital Twin (DT) technology, refers to the practice of managing an organization's physical and digital assets — buildings, infrastructure, equipment, and systems — through a live, data-driven digital replica used to monitor, maintain, and optimize operations after handover. Pinnacle delivers Digital Operations Management and Digital Twin services to clients globally, supporting asset owners and operators across airports, data centers, healthcare systems, commercial real estate, and large campuses in North America, the Middle East, and Asia.





Our Digital Operations Management vertical is built around Digital Twin and Enterprise Asset Planning — a business function focused on managing an organization’s physical and digital assets through technology, data, and integrated planning systems. It helps clients track, maintain, optimize, and forecast the use of assets such as buildings, equipment, infrastructure, software, IT systems, BIM models, IoT devices, and operational data.

The core objective is to ensure that assets are used efficiently, maintained proactively, and aligned with business goals. It combines asset management, ERP systems, digital twins, BIM, IoT monitoring, predictive maintenance, lifecycle costing, and analytics dashboards into a single integrated planning capability rather than a collection of disconnected platforms.
