Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Manager / Manager – Freehand Sales at SAR Logistics. The role involves developing and managing freehand sales opportunities in freight forwarding, focusing on building and maintaining direct relationships with shippers and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business leads,



qualifying prospects, preparing and presenting competitive proposals, and negotiating rates and terms in line with company guidelines. The role requires close coordination with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments and high client satisfaction. The Assistant Manager / Manager will also track performance metrics, maintain accurate sales records, and contribute to sales strategy and market development initiatives in key trade lanes.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
