About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Head to lead the sales function for Anantham, a premium 20-acre residential project in Sonipat. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership capabilities, and extensive experience in building and managing broker/channel partner networks. As the first face of the company, the Sales Head will play a critical role in driving revenue, building customer trust, and establishing Anantham as a preferred residential destination in Sonipat.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete sales function for the Anantham project.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales and revenue targets.
- Build, manage, and expand a strong network of brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants.
- Recruit, mentor,



and lead the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Act as the primary face of the company for customers, investors, brokers, and key stakeholders.
- Drive customer engagement through site visits, project presentations, and relationship management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, and institutional buyers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead generation and improve conversion rates.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards for senior management.
- Ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to booking and handover.
