Role Description
The Credit Card Collections Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane.



This role involves contacting customers regarding overdue credit card accounts through phone calls and other approved communication channels, and working with them to resolve outstanding balances. The specialist will negotiate payment arrangements, explain account status and available options, and document all interactions accurately in the system. Responsibilities include following established collection strategies, adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards, and escalating complex cases when necessary. The role also requires collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet individual and team recovery targets while maintaining a professional and consumer-focused approach.
