*Role Purpose*
This is a Senior Technical Delivery Lead role responsible for driving the design, architecture decisions, and end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow operations. The candidate should have strong experience delivering the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform, with core module expertise in:
IT Service Management (ITSM)
HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
This role ensures qualified delivery and operational excellence in transforming organizational processes using the ServiceNow platform. The individual will work closely with client stakeholders and suppliers and will report directly to the VP of Application Portfolio Management.
