Job Description – Quick Commerce Executive / Manager

Job Summary

The Quick Commerce Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing the company's business on Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BB Now, and other instant delivery channels. The role involves driving sales growth, managing product listings, coordinating inventory, executing promotional campaigns, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining strong relationships with platform category managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow business across Quick Commerce platforms.
- Handle onboarding of recent products (SKUs) and ensure accurate product listings.
- Coordinate with category managers of Quick Commerce platforms to improve product visibility and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability across dark stores and warehouses.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal activities.
- Track daily sales, orders, cancellations, returns,



and stock-outs.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams for seamless execution.
- Resolve operational issues related to listings, pricing, payments, and customer complaints.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of invoices, claims, and promotional deductions.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports for management.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of the Quick Commerce business model.
- Experience working with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BB Now, Flipkart Minutes, and similar platforms.
- Knowledge of product listing, catalog management, inventory planning, and pricing.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication
