Role Purpose

Premier Energies is seeking a highly skilled Lead Visual Graphic Designer with strong expertise in static visual design, video creation, motion graphics, and 3D layouts. The role is handson and executionfocused, responsible for delivering highquality visual assets across digital, print, video, and 3D platforms while maintaining brand consistency and creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Static Visual Design

Create highimpact static creatives for:
- Social media platforms
- Websites and landing pages
- Brochures, flyers, posters, banners
- Corporate presentations and infographics
- Convert complex or technical information into visually clear and engaging designs.

Video & Motion Graphics

Design and produce:
- Corporate videos
- Promotional and brand films
- Product explainer videos
- Motion graphics and shortform video content
- Develop storyboards, visual directions, animations, and final video outputs.
- Optimize video formats for different digital platforms.

3D Design & Layouts

Design 3D visuals, layouts, and renders for:
- Product visualization




- Conceptual demos
- Exhibition booths and display layouts
- Industrial or architectural representations
- Ensure visual accuracy, proportion, and aesthetic quality in 3D assets.

Brand & Design Quality
- Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of visual quality, creativity, and consistency.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback while retaining design intent

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 610+ years of professional experience in visual/graphic design.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating static design, video/motion graphics, and 3D work.
- Experience in corporate, industrial, technology, energy, or B2B environments is preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, or related field.
