We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team at Narayana Health. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and engage with our patient community. You will work closely with doctors, medical staff, and the creative team to bring the Narayana Health story to life across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Content Creation: Conceptualize, script, and oversee the production of high-quality content, with a heavy focus on video reels, patient success stories, and health awareness educational content.
- Community Management: Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages,
and managing online reputation in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns for hospital launches, health days (e.g., World Heart Day), and special clinical achievements.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics. Provide weekly/monthly reports on social media performance (reach, engagement, and conversion) using tools like Google Analytics or platform-native insights.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals for "Expert Talk" videos and live sessions. Work closely with the design team to ensure visual brand consistency.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and healthcare communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 35 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role (Healthcare or Agency experience is a plus).
