About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Calicut. This is a field-based role that involves promoting and selling the company's medical publications and solutions to healthcare professionals, hospitals, medical colleges, and other medical institutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to travel within the assigned territory, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's medical publications and related products to hospitals, medical colleges, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, librarians, and institutional customers.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Identify prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Demonstrate product features and explain the benefits to customers.




- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates using the company-provided tablet.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer support.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism while representing the company.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. An MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or marketing. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to build a career in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Positive communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
