About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Insurance Integration Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions for our insurance platforms. This role will be pivotal in enabling seamless data flow across underwriting, claims, policy administration, billing, and customer engagement systems by leveraging Azure Integration Services, APIs, and .NET frameworks.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Azure API Management, Azure Functions, .NET, and contemporary integration patterns while also understanding the unique demands of the insurance domain—including security, regulatory compliance, and interoperability with core insurance systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
- Develop and manage RESTful APIs, microservices,



and event-driven integrations for insurance applications (Policy Admin, Claims, Billing, CRM, Reinsurance, etc.).
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to analyze insurance system workflows and identify integration opportunities.
- Ensure API security, governance, scalability, and monitoring using Azure API Management best practices.
- Build and optimize .NET-based services and middleware for system interoperability.
- Work closely with architects to establish integration standards, design patterns, and reusable frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues with a focus on reliability, performance, and compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to establishing a center of excellence for integration.
