Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, covering multiple profiles across core business functions. Depending on the specific profile, day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating with production and quality teams, supporting marketing campaigns, assisting with sales and customer engagement, and contributing to product development initiatives. Team members may also manage documentation, analyze performance data, support inventory and logistics planning,



and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. All profiles are expected to contribute to process improvements, uphold brand standards, and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and product quality.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to support operational and business decisions.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing documentation, processes, and timelines.
- Interest in the food and beverage or FMCG sector, with an understanding of consumer trends in healthy snacking.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram full time and adapt to a quick-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Relevant education in business, food technology, marketing, operations, or a related field is preferred.
