Role Description
The General Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Kosi Kalan, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations, including production, quality, supply chain, and overall business performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading plant operations managing production and dispatch, ensuring quality standads of production, purchase of spares/services lically and adherence to safety and quality standards for concrete and steel products. The General Manager will manage cross-functional teams,



coordinate production, inventory and store management, and assist accounts team. This role also involves maintaining regulatory and compliance standards, implementing process improvements, and supporting strategic initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives. The General Manager is expected to foster a collaborative work culture, and represent the organization in key internal and external stakeholder interactions.
