Global MNC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Learning & Development Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of learning initiatives across the organization. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills to ensure seamless delivery of training programs and employee development initiatives.
The position is on the payroll of an authorized third-party staffing partner and will be deployed at Corporate Office in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end learning and development activities.
- Schedule instructor-led, virtual, and classroom training programs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external training vendors.
- Manage training calendars and participant nominations.
- Ensure training logistics, venue arrangements, and learning materials are organized.
- Track training attendance, completion status, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate learning records and training documentation.
- Generate L&D; dashboards,
MIS reports, and training analytics.
- Support onboarding and induction learning programs.
- Coordinate mandatory compliance training and certification tracking.
- Support learning projects and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure a high-quality learning experience for employees.
Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 35 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR Operations, or HR Coordination.
- Experience in coordinating corporate training programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with LMS (Learning Management System) is preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
