The Senior Advisor, Program Partnerships, TEL is responsible for directing and managing a multi-disciplinary team of consultants working across government systems, law enforcement, legal frameworks, and care-centered institutional strengthening. This role ensures the effective implementation of state-mandated policies and processes at the district level, while also capturing insights and innovations from the field to inform and influence state-level policy development.
The Senior Advisor, Program Partnerships, TEL will engage deeply with local stakeholders—including government departments, police, judiciary, civil society organizations, and community networks—to build team-oriented platforms for protecting vulnerable populations. In addition to implementation leadership, this role is accountable for generating commercially viable deliverables such as frameworks, toolkits, training modules, and digital solutions that can be packaged and offered to clients in other jurisdictions globally.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
