Role Overview

We are looking for a highly accomplished Marketing Head with 10+ years of experience in the retail sector to lead our marketing strategy and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a robust background in brand building, omnichannel marketing, customer engagement, and revenue generation. The candidate should also be proficient in leveraging AI-powered marketing tools to enhance productivity, campaign performance, customer insights, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's long-term marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead brand strategy, positioning, and integrated marketing initiatives across online and offline channels.
- Design and implement customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and engagement strategies.
- Plan and manage ATL, BTL, digital, social media, influencer, and in-store marketing campaigns.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, store openings, and promotional campaigns.




- Drive omnichannel marketing initiatives to deliver a seamless customer experience across retail and digital platforms.
- Leverage AI-powered marketing tools for content creation, campaign optimization, predictive analytics, customer segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation.
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Operations, E-commerce, and senior leadership to achieve business goals.
- Manage annual marketing budgets, agency relationships, and vendor partnerships.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team while fostering innovation and a data-driven culture.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
