About the Role
We are looking for experienced
Investment Banking professionals
to join our AI Training & Evaluation team as
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
. In this role, you will serve as a
VP/Director-level reviewer
, evaluating and enhancing the reasoning capabilities of cutting-edge AI systems designed to perform complex investment banking tasks.
Rather than simply verifying outputs, you will assess whether the AI demonstrates the analytical rigor, structured thinking, and financial judgment expected from a top-performing Investment Banking Analyst or Associate. Your expertise will help establish the benchmark for high-quality financial analysis and teach AI systems to reason through sophisticated valuation, modeling, and transaction scenarios.
If you have hands-on experience in M&A;, financial modeling, valuation, capital markets,
or corporate finance and enjoy solving complex analytical problems, this opportunity offers the chance to shape the future of AI in finance.
Key Responsibilities
Prompt Design & Financial Scenario Development
- Design complex, realistic investment banking case studies that replicate real-world transactions and client engagements.
- Develop high-quality prompts supported by financial statements, CIMs, management presentations, Excel models, market research, and other supporting documents.
- Create scenarios across M&A;, IPOs, debt financing, restructuring, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments.

Required Experience
- 2–5 years
of professional experience in Finance with
at least 1–2 years in Investment Banking.
- Current or previous experience as:
