Job Summary:

Digital Manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation agenda across manufacturing operations. You will act as a bridge between business and technology, translating plant-level challenges into scalable digital solutions.

This role requires ownership of the digital roadmap, governance of program execution, and ensuring measurable value realization. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives, enable data-driven decision-making, and drive adoption of digital solutions to achieve operational excellence, productivity improvements, and sustainable impact.

Job Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Roadmap Execution
- Own and drive execution of the digital manufacturing roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value digital use cases across plants.




- Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with operational goals such as productivity, quality, cost, and sustainability.

Business Analysis & Solution Translation
- Act as a techno-functional business partner to manufacturing teams by understanding plant pain points and operational challenges.
- Translate business requirements into structured deliverables including process maps (current/future state), user stories, and solution blueprints.
- Define success criteria, adoption frameworks, and governance mechanisms for digital use cases.

Program Governance & Delivery Excellence
- Establish robust governance for end-to-end program delivery including planning, execution tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive execution hygiene across initiatives including requirement sign-offs, cost estimation, vendor onboarding, NDA closure, and procurement processes (PR/PO management).
