Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern (3-Month Internship)

Location: Sector 30, Gurugram
Internship Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on performance)
Stipend: 12,000 15,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment, enjoys interacting with people, and wants to build a career in Talent Acquisition. You will work closely with the hiring team and gain hands-on experience across the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Connect with candidates over calls to assess their interest and availability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Support in closing open positions within the defined timelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements
- 06 months of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply if they have excellent communication skills and a strong interest in HR recruitment.
- Exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, or calling will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand hiring requirements.
- Agile, proactive, and eager to take ownership.
- Valuable interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office is preferred.
