Purpose of the Role
The Sales Manager – Ticketing Solutions is responsible for promoting and selling the Just Easy Book ticketing platform to event organizers, cinemas, amusement parks, travel operators, sports organizers, cultural events, and other businesses requiring online ticket booking solutions. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for the Just Easy Book platform.
- Meet prospective clients through field visits, online meetings, and phone calls.
- Demonstrate the features and advantages of the Just Easy Book ticketing platform.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with event organizers and business partners.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales successfully.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for client onboarding.
- Ensure smooth implementation and client training after onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Attend exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in ticketing platform sales, event ticketing, travel ticketing, SaaS sales, or software sales.
- Experience working with event organizers or entertainment businesses is preferred.
