We are hiring a Video Editor who understands storytelling, motion graphics, and visual psychology—someone who can create high-retention reels and ad creatives, not just cut clips.
Key Requirements
- Strong expertise in:
- Motion graphics
- Short-form storytelling (reels, ads, brand content)
- Solid knowledge of:
- Color grading
- Visual pacing and narrative flow
- Experience editing for:
- Brands
- Performance ads
- Social-first content
- Ability to interpret briefs and convert them into engaging visuals
Responsibilities
- Edit reels, ads, and short-form content
- Add motion elements that improve retention
- Collaborate with strategists and performance marketers
- Maintain consistent visual quality and brand tone
- Continuously improve content quality based on performance data
Work Setup & Growth Model
- Onsite role only
- Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai
- This is not a freelance or vendor role
