Role Description
We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI and machine learning solutions for real-world business applications.
This role is suited to an experienced engineer who remains actively involved in coding and can take AI solutions from initial development through production deployment. The successful candidate will combine robust AI/ML expertise with sound software engineering practices,
practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
We place greater emphasis on demonstrated technical ability and real-world implementation experience than on academic credentials.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable AI and machine learning models and systems.
- Translate complex business requirements into practical, production-ready AI solutions.
- Build and maintain reliable, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Develop and integrate APIs and microservices supporting AI applications.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Optimize models and supporting systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and production use.
- Evaluate emerging developments in AI, machine learning, and generative AI for practical application.
- Contribute to shared code repositori
