Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager to drive business growth by increasing room occupancy, banquet sales, and corporate partnerships. The ideal candidate should have experience in hotel sales, corporate business development, OTA management, and hospitality marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand corporate, travel agent, and institutional business.
- Increase room occupancy and banquet/event sales through effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and local businesses.
- Generate current corporate leads through field visits, networking, and client meetings.
- Manage and optimize hotel listings on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Goibibo, and others.
- Promote the hotel through social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports,



monitor market trends, and analyze competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in hotel sales, corporate business development, or hospitality marketing.
- Good knowledge of Hotel PMS/CRS and OTA platforms (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Goibibo, etc.).
- Ability to generate corporate leads and conduct client meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for business development.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality marketing, or business development.
