Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in RCM/US Healthcare/Healthcare BPO industry. The candidate will lead a recruitment team, manage end-to-end hiring, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Required Skills:
6+ years of experience in US Healthcare Talent Acquisition.
Minimum 2+ years of experience leading a recruitment team.
Strong experience in hiring for RCM/US Healthcare/Healthcare BPO roles.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management ,negotiation skills and Bulk Hiring.
Strong analytical and reporting skills using MS Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per month
