Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Development:
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors across the assigned territory.
- Strengthen existing channel relationships and ensure consistent performance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market reach through distributor networks.
- Sales & Business Growth:
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective channel strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners.
- Client & Distributor Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and distributors.
- Resolve issues promptly and maintain high levels of partner satisfaction.
- Customize solutions to meet the unique needs of high-value clients.
- Territory Management:
- Ensure robust coverage and penetration across the assigned geography.
- Conduct field visits and market audits to assess distributor performance.
- Provide training and support to distributor sales teams.
